Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Sauté Box. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes. The Head Chef will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Culinary degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role

Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients

Ability to create and modify recipes

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Food safety and hygiene certification

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Passion for food and creativity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
