We promote solar products from Tier 1 OEM companies to pan India solar EPC companies. enPossibilities is an authorized distributor of Solis string inverters, Saatvik Green solar PV modules, Jinko Solar, JA Solar and Swelect PV modules. The company operates from multiple warehouses across India, the major ones being at Bengaluru (Bidadi), Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune and Kochi.

Experience: 3+ Years of experience in sales of solar products.

Job Description:

• Identify New Business Leads

• Articulate the organization's offerings viz products, services, and solutions

• Communicate product specs, new product information, USPs, and catalog updates to customers

• Assist with company events and trade shows

• Deliver professional sales demos/presentations, both in-person and virtually at client sites

• Frequent visits to customers to cultivate relationships to expand the customer base and opportunity pipeline

• Since it's a direct sales role, the candidate will be responsible for attaining sales targets

• Support overall sales process, from lead generation to successful completion & commercial closure.

• Eager to independently take the 'extra step' providing exceptional customer service

• Perform all other duties as requested to execute sales plans.

• Honesty: transparent in interactions with other employees, prospects, clients, etc.

• Persuasiveness: the ability to work through challenges to achieve results

• Must have proficiency in Telugu and English (both written and spoken); Candidates with knowledge of other languages like Hindi shall be preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer dealing skills are crucial for interacting with clients.
