System Engineer

Candidate would be a part of the CACTUS IT infrastructure team in India and will have the following responsibilities:

Remotely manage offshore & onshore IT L1 calls & processes for CACTUS

Need to understand the type of call and provide support or escalate to the right team of Server administration or Network

Continuously explore and enhance the IT support by interacting closely with the various staff divisions in CACTUS

Open to work in shifts & Need to manage IT helpdesk independently

Troubleshooting to business related applications and co-ordinate concern team to resolve the problem

Responsible for the maintenance of Desktop, Laptop & Server

Installing, configuring and troubleshooting MS Windows OS, MS Other Softwares and internal office applications

Need to perform LAN troubleshooting and desktop connectivity support

You fit the bill if you have

2+ years of experience in providing support for IT Support

Degree in B.Sc/BCA/B.tech- Any Specialization

Certifications like MCSC/ MCITB or CCNA (Preferred)

Knowledge of Ms office and other reporting tools

Open to working in shifts

Shift Timings: 5:30AM/ 7:30AM/ 9:30AM/ 1:00PM/ 2:30PM (9 hour shift).
