Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Application Engineer at RN Embedded Solutions. As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, offering solutions to customers, and assisting with sales activities. You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs, conduct product demonstrations, and provide training to customers. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

Field Applications and Technical Support experience

Strong sales skills

Proficiency in Analog and Electronics

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience in the embedded systems industry is a plus

Certifications related to field applications or technical support are beneficial
