Role Overview:

Wisemonk is seeking a motivated Content Writer to join our team in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research and analysis pertaining to global employment practices, with a specific focus on the Indian market. You will be joining the Marketing team in creating content that is shared with clients and on our Website. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an undergraduate fresh graduate who possesses strong written English skills and a keen interest in contributing to the growth of a startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis on various topics related to global employment, payroll compliance, and HR practices.

Generate insights and recommendations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in global employment compliance.

Deep research

Assist in the development of content and materials for internal and external use.

Develop well-researched and engaging content pieces, such as blogs, articles, reports, and whitepapers, that resonate with our target audience.

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.

Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Track and analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversions, and use insights to refine content strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficient in written English with excellent communication skills.

Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

Ability to conduct comprehensive research using reliable sources and synthesize complex information into clear and compelling content.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Demonstrated interest in joining an early-stage company and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Sincere and hardworking attitude with a strong commitment to achieving results.

Exposure to SaaS or consulting is advantageous.

Availability to work in-office five days a week in Bangalore.
