Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operations

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Adjust machine settings to optimize production processes

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments

Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve production issues

Operate and monitor VMCs to produce high-quality components

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Set up machines by installing tools and fixtures

Conduct regular inspections of cutting tools and replace them when necessary

Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of part

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a VMC Operator or similar role

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude

Basic understanding of CNC programming is a plus
