Job Description

We are looking for a Transition Manager to spearhead the seamless execution of our BPO transition projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with minimal disruption.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the entire BPO transition lifecycle: From planning and scoping to cutover and post-implementation support, you will be the single point of contact, overseeing every aspect of the project.

Proactive risk management: Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth sailing throughout the transition.

Budget and timeline adherence: Manage project finances effectively and deliver within the agreed-upon timeframe, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

Process mapping and optimization: Analyze current F&A processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined procedures within the new BPO environment.

Knowledge transfer and training: Bridge the gap between the incumbent team and the BPO provider, facilitating effective knowledge transfer and training to ensure seamless continuity.

Communication and collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication and collaboration throughout the transition process.

Skills Required

12+ years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within the F&A domain.

Solid understanding of F&A processes and best practices.

Proven track record of successful BPO transition projects.

Strong project management skills: Excellent planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Identify and resolve issues effectively.

Accounting degree preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
