We have an exciting opportunity for you if you are looking up for an office administrator or a similar role, this is a work from office position with our client based out of Bangalore office - located at BTM Layout, potential candidate is expected to work five days a week (Monday to Friday) from the office.

What will you do
Vendor management & coordination for IT equipment, office supplies, and other items as required
Maintain and update trackers, including inventory and asset trackers
Regular audits of assets & equipment's
Contributing to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing gifting and other HR programs
Assist with invoice processing and tracking expenses
Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
Manage employee requests via the ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution within specified turnaround times
Provide administrative support as needed
You should have:
3 years of experience as an office administrator or similar role
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) or G Suite (Google Sheets)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
