Stock Monitoring and Replenishment

Regularly monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.

Collaborate with purchase team to ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet production requirements.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping

Accurately input and update inventory data into the company database or inventory management system.

Maintain detailed and organized records of stock movements, deliveries, and adjustments

Stock Organization

Arrange and organize stock in designated storage areas/racks to optimize space and ensure easy access

Conduct periodic stock audits and assist in cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy Collaboration with Production Team

Coordinate with the production team to understand upcoming production schedules and stock requirements.

Ensure timely availability of materials to support production timelines

Quality Control

Participate in quality control checks to verify the received materials against specifications and report any discrepancies.

Assist in identifying and addressing any quality issues related to stock items.

Communication

Communicate effectively with various teams, including procurement, production, and dispatch, to facilitate smooth inventory operations.

Report any stock-related issues or discrepancies to the Factory Manager.
