Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist in coordinating and executing day-to-day operational tasks across different departments.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the organization.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to generate insights and support decision-making.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination between various teams and departments.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

MBA degree in Operations Management or related field (freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
