Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in .NET and Microsoft Technologies, preferably with PMP certification, to lead our technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with .NET development, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects through the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor and track project progress against established goals and deliverables.

2. TechnicalLeadership:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Collaborate with technical leads and teams to define project requirements and specifications.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and external partners.

Provide regular project updates and status reports.

Address and resolve technical issues raised by stakeholders in a timely manner.

4. Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively, considering the specific requirements of projects.

Work closely with team members to optimize productivity and efficiency in development.

Identify and address resource constraints proactively.

5. Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, taking into account the costs associated

Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

7. Quality Assurance:

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably with .NET and Microsoft Technologies.

PMP certification is preferred.
