We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharma Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharma sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to sale pharma products and services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
· Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
· Should have product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
· Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share.
· Maintain a database of customer information and sales activity in CRM software.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or related Pharma Experience.
· Proven experience as a Pharma Tele Sales Executive or similar role in the pharma industry.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals over the phone.
· Knowledge of pharma products and industry regulations.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, if required.
