Companies today are engaging with their customers on multiple channels. In doing so, they spend millions of dollars in building an experience that delivers the right experience. Platforms like Linkedin, Slack, Airbnb deliver such an experience, and they have dedicated teams working only on the notifications layer. In absence of this, customer experience is broken, leading to poor product adoption.

SuprSend breaks the mold, sparing companies from the complexity of building this intricate layer and allowing them to concentrate on their core offerings.

As we embark on our journey to transform the notification landscape, we are looking for Technical Writer to join the core team.

Responsibility:

Develop Technical Documentation: Create in-depth, easy-to-understand technical documentation for the platform, including user manuals, installation guides, and configuration settings.

Craft User Guides and Tutorials: Produce clear and concise user guides and step-by-step tutorials to assist users in effectively utilizing the platform for popular usecases and integrating them into their development workflow.

Example Applications: Build and document example applications that demonstrate the practical use and capabilities of the platform, providing users with real-world scenarios and solutions.

Technical Blogs: Contribute to our blog with posts that educate our user base about new features, best practices, and how-to guides, enhancing community engagement and platform adoption.

Update and Maintain Documentation: Regularly review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance with each software release and system update.

Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information, verify content, and ensure the technical accuracy of all the content.

Feedback Integration: Incorporate user feedback to improve documentation, making it more user-friendly and impactful.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science

3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, guides for a DevTool platform

Strong technical background with ability to code in a few programming languages (eg. Python, Node, React) and familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools

Excellent writing skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

Proven record of writing technical blogs on some complex concepts

Ability to script, record, and edit video content will be a bonus

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
