About the role: As a Creative Account Manager at WITHIN, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies. You'll play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth. Reporting to the Head of Creative Account Management, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute effective communication strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Day-to-day management of client communications and relationships
Ensure that all client deliverables requirements are met and/or exceeded on a consistent basis
Develop strong relationships with internal teams across the org
Develop effective communication strategies for each client relationship
Identifies ways to refine Agency and Client processes to increase efficiencies with day to day workflow
Leverage client reports to proactively recommend initiatives that will improve performance across digital and social channels
Recognize opportunities and areas for growth for existing clients, and work with senior account leadership to develop strategies on how to sell through corresponding solution
Learn how the business operates and what success for WITHIN looks like

Requirements
Must-haves for the role:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of experience working with a creative team
Experience developing digital and social communications programming and plans and implementing best practices
Exhibited ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing direct client relationships
Experience working in digital and social advertising
Strong attention to detail
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, and Slack
Nice-to-haves for the role:
Experience working in digital advertising
Experience in scoping agreements for new clients and upsells
