Drywall Estimator/Project Manager

Job Description

Drywall Estimator requirements:

Be familiar with the Atlanta market.

Have the ability to establish relationships with new clients,

OST and Quick bid software utilized.

Be a closer.

Project Manager

Be familiar and in good standing with the labor markets and material suppliers.

Create Budgets for each project (internal, Labor sub, and material).

Complete each project and maintain the established budget.

Submittals, SOV, SOV labor sub, SDS, safety manuals,

Monthly GC billing.

Process labor subs weekly pay apps.

Create and submit change orders.

Create master PO and schedule delivery.

Work closely with the field to maintain schedule, budgets and goal that are established.Company Description
