1. Experience: Candidates should have relevant experience in ecommerce (Amazon on priority), thorough platform knowledge - Amazon & Flipkart.
2. Technical skills: Reports making - Experise on Pivot, vLookup, and excel formulas and if they have worked on any automated tools used for optimization like sellics, profitero or sellerapp or perpetua.
3. Communication skills: should be able to articulate their ideas and thoughts clearly and concisely.
4. Analytical skills: should have analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on their findings.
5. Problem-solving skills: be able to identify problems and come up with practical solutions to address them.
6. Attention to detail: Given the importance of accuracy in ecommerce transactions, should have strong attention to details like focusing on major metrics - CTR, CVR. CPC, ASP, RoAS.
7. Adaptability: towards changing trends, upcoming trends and new updates coming on Amazon & Flipkart and on display campaigns for both. Continuos learning on dashboard at campaign level.
