About Us

STAGE is the world's first dialect-based streaming platform. We are currently operating in two dialects Haryanvi and Rajasthani with a plan to launch twenty more dialects by the end of 2025.

Backed by VCs like Blume Ventures and Better Capital, STAGE was featured on India's version of Shark Tank on Sony TV India.

Dialects in India change every 8 km or so. We at STAGE make content for aspiring Bharat (another name for India). Any format does not bind us. You'd get everything from films to series, and from short films to documentaries in your own dialect.

What would you Do

As a Graphic Designer you will be part of the creative team here at Stage OTT to create stunning creatives for STAGE content and marketing team that will connect with audiences & ensure higher CTRs.

Requirements

You should apply if you have

Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .

Ability to ideate and design official posters for film, web series and shows Ideation skills for upcoming projects

The ability to design eye-catching Designs for performance ads

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software like Adobe After Effects can be beneficial. Being able to create dynamic animations, transitions, and visual effects can enhance the visual appeal of promotional materials and user interfaces.

Strong typography skills

Experience in branding and identity design is important. The designer should be able to develop a consistent visual identity for the OTT platform, including logo design, colour palettes, typography choices, and other brand elements.

Work with internal and external teams

Produce creative assets for marketing campaigns including digital creatives for social media, offline creatives, and Episode creatives for shows.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with other team members, such as promo editors, developers, and marketing professionals.

Advanced preparation of Social media content in sync with the calendar.

Ability to extract, analyse and communicate data

Minimum 2 years of experience

Demonstrated ability to organise and schedule work effectively and balance multiple priorities, project timelines, and deadlines
