Overview

Works well under the direct supervision of the Youth Programs & Members Services Manager or Business Manager, as assigned. Projects a friendly and positive attitude in a professional manner with all members and guest, in person and on the phone. Also, is well equipped with the vital information for the facility.

What you will do

Maintains knowledge of all programs and special events offerings at the Wellness Center.

Answers the phone promptly and greets people courteously and professionally.

Accepts and accounts for payments in a prompt and accurate manner.

Complete an accurate, closing shift report and deposit the correct amount so as to maintain the cash drawer. Reports any differences in the report.

Monitors all desk supplies notifying the Supervisor when shortages are noted.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)

Experience

1 year Hospitality or related (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

Certified Auto External Defibrillator (AED) - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Required)
