VP Finance

ARG has been tasked with finding a VP Finance for a growing manufacturing company. Reporting to the CFO this role will be instrumental in overseeing accounting, finance, and human resources while driving operational discipline in anticipation of a potential IPO.

This role will be onsite 5x per week

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial reporting, month end close, and ensure financial compliance. Manage accounting functions, implement best practices and lead financial audit.

Lead financial planning for the organization, including all budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Lead capital raising, determine appropriate capital structure and funding, and prepare the company for potential IPO.

Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures. Monitor and mitigate financial risks and exposures.

Build the accounting and finance teams, determine appropriate structure of accounting team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA, or CPA highly preferred

Proven track record in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.

Experience in both small and large companies, demonstrating adaptability and scalability.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and fiscal management.

Experience in preparing for and executing an IPO is highly desirable.
