JOB SUMMARY:

Work related to the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of Inventory processes based on Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and customer needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring Inbound and Outbound WMS.

Item Category Planner (ABC analysis class)

Monitoring WMS vs Physic no discrepency

Understand the daily cycle count process

Planner Daily Cycle Count Method

Reporting Cycle Count results

Planner Warehouse Occupancy

Planner Team Inventory

Inventory Reconciliation

Reporting Inventory Performance

Planner Stock Take

Perform work in accordance with applicable SOPs, HSE principles, and 5S principles

Perform reconciliation of SOH

Create Key Performance Indicators

Ensure the DCC process runs according to SOP

Ensure the stock accuracy of WMS & SAP in accordance with the Physical

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Diploma 3 (three)

Min. 2 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor

At least 3 years experience in logistics industry, preferable in WH & distribution operation.

Good communication skills

Team work and good relationship

Analysis and problem solving

MS Office is mainly Ms. Excel

WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP is a must

Capable to communicate in English.

Know the flow of administration and operations in the warehouse

Experience in Mining or Oil&Gas is a plus.
