BAE Systems is seeking an analyst to join the Government Compliance team within the Finance organization. Along with ad hoc projects, you will:

Support financial and operational audits by examining accounting records

Perform analyses of compliance matters

Analyze transactional data

Support compilation of the annual incurred cost submission

Respond to requests for information from DCMA, DCAA and internal and/or external customers.

Typical Education and Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

A bachelor’s degree is required

Strong experience in Government Contracting Finance or Accounting

Strong analytical skills and above-average Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel

Able to gain an understanding of the business process to drive solutions for improvements

Able to exercise discretion and independent judgement

Excellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Skills and Education

Working knowledge of CAS and FAR

Experience in Program Finance for government contracting.
