Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner
Sorting and distributing mail
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing and summarizing emails, mail, and office messages
Providing administrative support to the team
Caretaking of lobby area, receptionist desk, and kitchen
Other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
One or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment
Experience operating a multi-line phone system
Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work well independently
