The candidate will be responsible for identifying, validating, and consolidating medical Counter CBRN requirements to the ACC Combat/Capability Developer and AFMED among other tasks.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen.

Must possess an active secret security clearance.

2 years of experience with a working knowledge of CBRN terminology.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in developing professional-level written materials.

At least 10 years of experience working within the DoD, DHA, AF, or AFMS organizational structures.

At least one year of the 10 years will include executive level experience such as AF MAJCOM.

Must possess a B.A.

or B.S.

degree in a relevant field.

OR 10 years of experience with Deployed Air Force Medical Assets to include RST, RSAT, RLT, RDT and RDAT.

Desired Qualifications: Experience utilizing Microsoft Office 365, to include Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Access.

Proficient in written and oral communications for/to senior leaders.

Recent experience with Task Management Software such as TMT and DCS systems.

Required Skills: Recent experience with planning, preparing for and providing real-time CBRN response through intelligence, surveillance, risk assessment, decision support, protective measures, and sample preservation while operating in cold, warm and hot zones.

Recent experience determining protective measures in CBRN operating environments providing relevant threat control recommendation to senior leadership with respect to real time and future operations.

4 years of experience as a Military medical experience as Officer in Charge or Non-commissioned officer in Charge of a Bioenvironmental Flight.

4 years of experience with CBRN WRM allowance standards and Installation All Hazard Medical Response allowance standards.

2 years of working knowledge experience conducting needs assessments to identify shortfalls to current processes and planning for future requirements.

Recent completion of the Hazardous Material Awareness Course and Hazardous Material Operations Course.

Responsibilities: Support the identification and validation of medical Counter CBRN requirements for ACC Combat/Capability Developer and AFMED.

Establish and maintain communication with component combatant commands, and Air Force Medical Readiness Agency subject matter experts to consolidate medical CBRN defense requirements.

Collect Counter CBRN Capability Based Assessments of validated gaps to inform requirements.

Consolidate responses from CBRN subject matter experts supporting initial Capabilities Documents, Capability Development Documents, Doctrine, Organization, Training Material, Leadership and Education Recommendations, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy Change Recommendations, and other documents within the JCIDS Process.

Assist in the development of program objective memorandum strategy and Integrated Priority List.

Establish linkage with scientific testing units and the Combat Developer to ensure proper record-keeping and program continuity.
