Role and Responsibilities:

Administer IV infusions and manage therapy regimens at patient homes.

Monitor patient health and respond to therapy needs.

Ensure accurate documentation of treatment in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.

Maintain infusion equipment and uphold high standards of nursing practice.

Educate patients and families on therapies and overall health management.

Qualifications:

Valid LA nursing license.

️ ️ Strong experience in IV infusion therapies.

️ Current CPR/BLS certification.

Ability to travel within the Baton Rouge area.

Proficient in EMR systems and healthcare technology.
