The firm has offices in New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia and Partners can have home base of either of the 3 offices. Candidates will not need to go to the office everyday but they will need to go to the office weekly.
-Starting salary: $200k-$250k, could be up to $300k for someone with a book of business close to $1mm
-Plus: 25% generation credit

They would like to see $500k in portable business or more, but $500k in business is not required. The attorney must have a book of business, a history of getting new clients and be a business-generator. The should have either a large book of business, or a smaller book of business but a large network
