The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success in optimizing sales processes, utilizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and implementing efficient reporting and automation solutions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency.

Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.

Develop and implement sales analytics and reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team and senior management.

Identify areas for process improvement and automation to increase productivity and effectiveness.

Assist in the onboarding and training of sales staff on CRM usage and best practices.

Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Work cross-functionally with various teams to support sales initiatives and projects.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations or similar roles.

Proficiency in using CRM platforms, with a strong preference for experience with HubSpot.

Good understanding of sales processes and workflows.

Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with sales automation tools and techniques
