Position Overview: We are currently seeking talented and experienced Intelligent Automation Specialists to join our clients' teams in both full-time and contract/project-based roles. As an Intelligent Automation Specialist at ALT Digital, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage automation technologies to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business growth for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and design solutions that align with their strategic objectives and business needs.

Develop and implement end-to-end automation solutions leveraging a variety of technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP).

Analyze existing processes, workflows, and data structures to identify areas for automation and optimization.

Build and deploy automation bots, algorithms, and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.

Monitor and maintain automation solutions, performing regular audits and updates to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in implementing Intelligent Automation solutions, backed by experience in RPA, AI, ML, or related fields.

Expertise in automation tools and platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent.

Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.

Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex processes and identify automation opportunities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
