This position will be part of a multicultural team, reporting to the US and Argentina. It is expected that to analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements associated with CIS systems for delivering the necessary technology service to AES Business.

Create and evolve technical design throughout service development while maintaining adherence to functional specifications and system standards.

Manage the lifecycle of all SAP Field Service Management incidents and ensure they are solved satisfactorily according to defined SLAs.

Key Responsabilities:

Develop comprehensive FSM requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy SAP FSM solutions;

Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with AES stakeholders;

Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine the feasibility of SAP Field Service Management Projects;

Liaise with the SAP service development team to suggest a high-level functional solution;

Develop project estimates & complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc);

Ensure that relevant AES stakeholders are involved in the specification of new services and/or major SAP upgrades to existing services;

Ensure designs produced adhere to SAP's best practices and support the development, execution, and operations of service;

Peer review and sign off detailed designs by AES business key users;

Ensure SAP detailed designs and configuration match high-level designs and are traceable to requirements in AES functional specification.

Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements associated with CIS systems for delivering the necessary technology service to AES Business

Create and evolve technical design throughout service development while maintaining adherence to functional specifications and system standards, quality & performance requirements, and technical constraints

Manage the lifecycle of all SAP FSM incidents and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily according to defined SLAs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Relevant experience within SAP Field Service Management or Work Management;

2 full life-cycle implementations of SAP IS-U, SAP IS-U Certification (desirable);

Experience in configuration capabilities in web and mobile applications for SAP Field Service Management Product;

Experience in configuring sub-modules within FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material Journal approval functionality, and Smartform settings;

Experience in SAP Mobile Asset Management;

Strong knowledge of Work Order Management, GEO Enablement for Mobile Integration, Schedule and Dispatch, Service & Mobile Device Mgmt. processes;

Experience in IS-U Device Management or IS-U Customer Service is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor of IT, Engineering (IT, Industrial, etc.) or related;

Advanced English (mandatory to support International Projects);

Relevant experience with similar rolls/activities.
