COMPUTER TECNICIAN & GRAPHIC ARTIST

General scope;

To create, monitor, and maintain the computers, soft wares, POS, network, CCTV, and communication systems of Papsy's BBQ Inc. and its subsidiary branches, ensuring that theses systems are working correctly and efficiently. To ensure that systems stay secure, technology support is available, and that updates are made as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities; IT SIDE

Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems,

modem, access points, printers, CCTV, etc.

Monitor, update and maintain computer systems and networks.

Respond to concerns in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person, pc

remote, or over the phone).

Set up accounts for new users as needed.

Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.

Provide Audio visual support to company events and projects, if needed.

Clean, repair and replace equipment as necessary.

Install, manage, maintain and repair IT devices such as POs systems,

printers, phones, tablets, biometrics, CCTV, etc.

Monitor, review and retrieve CCTV footage as needed

propose new technologies and systems to enhance current work processes

To work with Accounting, HR and audit in introducing programs and systems to

increase efficiency - GRAPHIC ARTIST SIDE

Menu Management and photo editing for physical printing and online use via

facebook, instagram, grab and foodpanda, POS and google business, etc.

Photo and video editing for adds

Social media management, content writing, linking messenger and possible use

of AI

Assist HR in hiring posts and online exposure

Expected salary: 17,000 - 22,000 per month
