We are seeking a Sr. Planning Analyst to support the sales and operations planning process. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be reviewing and analyzing planning data and updating/publishing planning KPI's. You will perform long term planning process, review capacity across the supply chain for both regional and global views and provide recommendations to executive management.

What You Will Do:

Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to determine the appropriate supply strategies based on critical demand and supply characteristics.

Work with the Supply/Material Planners to determine the optimal approach for applying key parameters for planning, including calculating/setting safety stock targets and EOQ values while ensuring alignment to achieve aggressive service, cost, and working capital targets.

Perform long term planning process, review capacity across the supply chain for both regional and global views and provide recommendations to executive management.

Review, analyze and update key master data fields in the ERP system to ensure adherence to supply chain processes.

Provide thought leadership and guidance to Planning team on analytical skills and best practices.

Lead project and/or process work streams aimed at developing creative solutions and make recommendations to improve planning performance balancing business objectives, including cost/benefit analysis, seasonal demand patterns and associated action plans, what-if analysis, and liability inventory optimization.

Develop new reporting/analytical tools to support projects and departmental processes as needed.

Ad hoc Supply Chain projects as assigned.

Leverage results to drive actions and provide recommendations.

Create/prepare reports for leadership review and performance communication to business partners.

Communicate directly with other functions, local sales force & management.

Coordinate with customers.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Perform long term planning process and review capacity across the supply chain for both regional and global views.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study.

7 years of applicable Supply Chain Planning, Project management and/or SC analytics for manufacturing environment with global operations.

Advanced proficiency with common ERP, reporting, and planning systems and MS Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.

Proven ability to conduct complex, quantitative and statistical analyses complimented with qualitative inputs from multiple sources to draw conclusions, make recommendations to Supply Chain leadership.

Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Strong project management skills and a track record of successfully delivering to business objectives against schedule and quality expectations

Specific Planning System Experience (JDA, APO, etc.).

APICS Certification

Database and PowerBI experience
