Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our exciting team, BIZ Karts is pushing to expand its growing client base in North and South America! You will be responsible for streamlining incoming sales inquires and managing the social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries

Provide information about the products and services to incoming inquirys

Document and update customer records based on interactions using our CRM

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Manage the social media accounts and create new content

Data entry and basic administrative work

Qualifications:

College preferred, minimum high school diploma or its equivalent required

Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, QuickBooks knowledge an advanatge

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Spanish speaking an advantage
