We are in need of hiring an experienced full time Corporate Recruiter to assist with filling various open positions due to our growth. Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter:

Work closely with Dobco’s owners to define recruitment needs and establish a time-line for filling those needs

Create postings for various job boards by listing the position description and the required experience and skills needed to do the job

Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals

Screen resumes and interview candidates of interest (phone screening, in person or via Zoom) for various positions within the company

Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants

Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events

Provide Human Resources Manager will all pertinent job offer information so proper onboarding process can begin

Qualifications of the Corporate Recruiter:

Significant recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm strongly preferred

Willingness to use cold calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants

Familiarity with social media applications

A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person

Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
