Job Title: Customer Service Representatives

Location: Isabela Puerto Rico 00662

Normal Business: (HR - 7AM - 7PM) Atlantic time zone.

Pay rate: 13$/hr on W2 With Kelly Benefits

Job Overview:

Assisting callers in finishing online applications.

Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters.

Reporting problems through an easy online system.

Responding to written inquiries from claimants and third-party contacts.

Participating in other activities such as training, attending team meetings, and reviews of internal and external communications.

Adhering to provided schedules and privacy rules.

Completing all assigned training as necessary.

Filling out timesheets.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies.

Performing other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience is required.

Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.

Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system is required.

Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to organize simultaneous tasks.

Ability to work as a member of a team.

All personnel will be required to undergo program update training.

Overtime may be required.
