We are looking for a full-time manager to lead and manage our high-performing Kirkwood Hair Saloon, where we help men and junior men look and feel their best every day in the tradition of the community barbershop.

Has a motivating attitude

Nurtures a store culture built on servant leadership, caring, and respect

Recruits, hires, trains, and coaches members of your team

Demonstrates top-notch communication skills and commitment to customer service

Is at your best working both behind the chair (20-25 hours a week) and leading a team (15-20 hours a week)

Can be both flexible and organized

Active Missouri cosmetology and/or barber license

At least 3 years of experience in the hair industry

Previous leadership experience
