LOCATION: 101 Dan Fox Drive, Pittsfield, MA

We are currently seeking friendly, enthusiastic Part-Time Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining environment. Servers are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu. Answer questions, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.

Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Table Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including setting up and clearing. Manage multiple tables effectively while providing attentive service.

Payment Processing: Present bills to guests, process payments, and handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compliance with Standards: Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and a team player mentality.

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Customer Service Expectations: This position involves constant, direct customer contact: answering questions, selling products, determining the proper size for equipment, explaining the process of putting the equipment on, etc. The employee is expected to be courteous and professional in accordance with Bousquet’s commitment to providing superior customer service.
