Job Description

The Stretch Spa is seeking a dynamic person with background in either sports medicine, sports massage, anatomy, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, and one-on-one client experience to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a modality that has proven to be important in promoting better flexibility, range of motion, and stress/pain relief.

The Stretch Spa is a one of a kind wellness center that offers several rejuvenation services to empower clients to Live Long and Strong. These services include Float Therapy, Halotherapy, Contrast Therapy, and much more!

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes

Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.

Build The Stretch Spa memberships and retain current clientele.

Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques.

Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.

Assist with studio tour, offsite events, and sales as needed.

Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any

given time.

Qualifications

Required background: Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid), Certified Pilates, Yoga or Dance Instructor

Love of boutique fitness environment is a must passion for stretching, flexibility and mobility.

A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients.

Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.

Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
