Business Growth Marketing (BGM) contributes directly to this mission by connecting every business in the world with their customers and sharing guidance so they can improve performance and in turn, be compelled to further advertise on the platform.We're seeking an Organic Search (SEO) Manager to grow our SMB footprint across the business lifecycle: acquisition, retention and growth.

This person will be responsible for defining a path to increasing search visibility, traffic and revenue across all of our B2B web properties: Facebook for Business, Instagram for Business, WhatsApp for Business and Meta for Business.

This person will be responsible for directing technical, on-page, off-page and content strategies on a website that reaches millions of people each day and evangelizing products that connect billions of people across the globe.

Responsibilities:

Growth Marketing Manager, B2B SEO Strategy Responsibilities:

Lead and implement SEO Strategy to increase search visibility/rankings, grow traffic with relevant intent and drive incremental revenue

Perform keyword research and prioritization, balancing opportunity for growth with level of effort to optimize for potential impact

Oversee retention of domain equity during migration to meta.com from other owned domains

Consult with product and web teams to apply SEO best practices across content development and refreshes

Partner with Data Science and Marketing Analytics to hone measurement framework and monitor/report on key performance metrics

Work with country managers, web and content teams to grow Meta share of voice in international markets

Conduct competitive analyses and market research to identify opportunities and trends

Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates and the impact of generative AI to stay ahead of the competition

Qualification and experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in SEO, with high-traffic and highly competitive web properties

Expertise in balancing on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO

Experience with website migration, redesign, and personalization

Experience managing SEO on a multiregional and multilingual website

SEO tools and software experience

Web analytics experience

Preferred:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building narratives informed by data and long term trends

Conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, and A/B testing experience

Experience with balancing keyword/content/link strategy across multiple owned domains

Experience with HTML, CSS, and Single-Page-Applications

Experience influencing cross functional teams, getting buy-in from leadership and utilizing resources as efficiently as possible

Communication experience with a penchant for upleveling narratives to leadership

Understanding of business lifecycle, performance marketing, and Paid vs Organic Search cannibalization

Leadership experience with a vested interest in mentorship and developing junior employees

Experience with BrightEdge or similar SEO Tools

Basic SQL knowledge
