Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in education services, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join their team at Spotsylvania County Public Schools.

Job Description:

The Marketing Communications Manager will play a vital role in developing and executing our client's annual marketing plan, aimed at enhancing and promoting their brand within Spotsylvania County Public Schools. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and will be responsible for both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute internal communications strategies, including written content and videos, to engage and inform employees.

Implement a comprehensive communications plan targeting clients, community constituents, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with functional leaders to capture success stories and best practices for dissemination through various channels.

Provide strategic direction for client advocacy efforts and support the development of case studies and testimonials.

Develop and maintain communication tools and templates for use with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.

Experience in PR, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.

Strong writing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Project management experience preferred.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design programs is a plus.
