Job Title: Exchange Administrator Location: Washington, DC Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 (Maximum) Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire Hourly Rate: $50/hr Clearance Level: Top Secret (Active) Client: Department of Justice (DOJ) Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Exchange Administrator to join our team in Washington, DC, in support of the Department of Justice (DOJ). This is a 6-month contract to hire position with a maximum salary of $110,000 - $115,000.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Exchange Administrator experience and must possess an active Top Secret clearance.

Experience with Client Access Servers is highly desirable.

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Exchange Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Perform Exchange Server installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations.

Monitor and troubleshoot Exchange Server issues, including mail flow, connectivity, and performance problems.

Implement and manage Exchange Server security measures and policies.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Exchange Server with other systems and applications.

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding Exchange Server-related issues.

Maintain documentation related to Exchange Server configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.

Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Exchange Administrator in enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (2013, 2016, or 2019). Experience with Client Access Servers (CAS) and related technologies.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Exchange Server administration tasks.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex Exchange Server issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE: Messaging) are a plus.
