On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an Assistant Hotel Manager.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Hotel Manager, to oversee all aspects of daily operations in the hotel, including team management, achieving a balance between customer service and profitability, developing marketing and promotional strategies, ensuring service quality and overall guest satisfaction, as well as planning for events and special functions, and efficiently monitoring expenses and managing resources.

Min Responsibilities:

Efficiently and effectively manage the hotel’s daily operations.

Direct and organize the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase occupancy and achieve profitability.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

Manage financial and human resources to achieve the hotel’s financial and operational goals.

Plan and organize events and special functions at the hotel.

Monitor and evaluate the hotel’s performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Interact with customers to address complaints and enhance their experience.

Guide training and development of team skills.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of hotel management or hospitality industry experience.

Strong organizational and managerial skills.

Effective communication skills with customers and the team.

Deep understanding of hospitality industry principles.

Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions in challenging circumstances.

Good knowledge of information technology and hotel management systems.

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Ongoing training in hotel management and leadership development.
