We are currently seeking an experienced Home Remodeler with strong leadership skills to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of skilled craftsmen in various aspects of home remodeling.

Conduct on-site evaluations to assess project scope and requirements.

Provide accurate and detailed project estimates, considering materials, labor, and timelines.

Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals and exceed customer expectations.

Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Perform various remodeling tasks including trim carpentry, tile laying, plumbing, electrical, door hanging, and drywall installationQualifications:

Proven experience in remodeling with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Demonstrated management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Proficient in estimating and budgeting for remodeling projects.

Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
