Join Aspen HR as a Benefit Agency Account Associate and take the lead in developing, auditing, and analyzing census data to secure client-sponsored quotes from insurance companies and agents. Manage the quote process with precision, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in vendor proposal reviews. Collaborate cross-functionally to collect data for quoting and assess current benefits against industry norms. Drive the implementation of new plans and changes, crafting clear communication materials for employee comprehension and engagement.

To excel as a Benefit Agency Account Associate at Aspen HR, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in business, management/leadership, human resources, or a related field. An active Life and Health License is a must, along with a minimum of five years of experience in benefits administration, PEO/ASO, or a related area. Demonstrated expertise in handling high-volume environments will be crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in software and tools relevant to benefits management is essential, as is the ability to navigate complex data with precision and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be key as you work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Bachelor's degree in business management/leadership, human resources, or related field preferred.

Active Life and Health License required.

Minimum five years of experience in benefits administration, PEO/ASO, or related field.
