Schedule: 40hrs/wk Mon-Fri

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly

Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/NA to join our team at our Kauai location in Oahu. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care to seniors and be committed to helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity. This is a full-time, individual contributor role, working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and assistance to clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Assist with medication reminders and document services provided

- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

- Maintain a positive and caring attitude towards clients and their families

- Comply with all company policies and procedures

- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

- Active CNA certification in the state of Hawaii

- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role

- Current CPR certification

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes as needed
