Job Description:

Support product development and buying team on new assortment development. Co-ordinate with category owners on global photo book summary, TDSJ and TDSC leverage lists and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system update.

Consolidating product summary and assortment by franchise/programs and manage product description to support online business.

Assist buying managers on vendors setup, testing invoice and payment process and support category owners on purchase orders.

Assist buying managers on samples management, top samples photo taking and/or video taking for franchise approval.

Support the team on key meeting arrangements.

Requirement:

Basic knowledge in product development and buying process

Experience with dealing with supplier or vendor will be an advantage

Strong in MS office skills and willing to learn new system

Good verbal and written communication skill, including English, Putonghua and Cantonese

Passionate and familiar with Disney IP and Merchandise
