Villani Landshapers is seeking self-motivated individuals with a passion for the landscape industry to join our Landscape Construction team as crew drivers and laborers. As part of a Landscape Construction crew, you will drive the crew to the job site in a company truck and work alongside a team of professionals to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

We are currently searching for individuals with valid, insurable drivers licenses who are open to learning about landscaping from the ground up!

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation of hardscapes, softscapes, and other landscape features

- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Continuously learn and improve skills related to the landscape industry

Requirements:

- Prior experience in landscape construction preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the job site Foreman, perform assigned landscape construction tasks on a job site on a daily basis, including installation of soil, compost, mulch, plants, drain tile, retaining wall block and pavers.

Operate and maintain various types of landscape construction equipment including

Follow all applicable safety rules

Requirements:

Ability to perform strenuous physical labor (bending, twisting, lifting, kneeling, etc) continually for up to 12 hours a day, in a variety of changing weather conditions

Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally

Adheres to company policies and procedures

Basic landscaping knowledge

Bilingual a plus

Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with ability to maintain an insurable driving record
