Job Summary: The PSD Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting purchasing, receiving, and invoicing functions. Other functions include customer support, project support, freight support, and various administrative duties to increase efficiencies and satisfy customer needs.

Performs the purchasing, receiving, and invoicing for CAT and non-CAT products and services for the Power Systems Division (PSD)
Assists in the invoicing of prime products for the department
Assists the PSD Sales Administrative Manager in meeting and achieving the goals and objectives of the PSD sales department
Coordinates with the Caterpillar Factory Representatives and HOLT project engineering/management group on behalf of the department
Completes CAT engine ordering process which includes the tracking of orders and communicating with CAT Factory Representatives regarding the status of orders
Coordinates CAT Engine order acknowledgments with project engineering/ management groups to improve communication
Processes purchase orders, including tracking, coding, and submitting invoices for payment
Acts as a centralized point of contact for purchases on behalf of the Power Systems Division
Creates, updates, and maintains project job files and spreadsheets
Performs other related administrative duties as assigned by management
Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of CAT engine and gensets in addition to other non-CAT related equipment
Knowledge of invoicing, receiving, and basic business accounting principles
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Intermediate computer and related software applications skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office product skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional manner
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization, external CAT personnel, and
vendors used by PSD
The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Up to two years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Travel:
Up to 5% travel maybe expected
Physical Requirements:
This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, the occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets,
etc.
This role frequently communicates with others, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Occasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
Routinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work
Work Environment:
Regularly works indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
Occasionally works outdoors and may be exposed to weather extremes conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity
Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
