Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing clients to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Provide superior customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Prepare quotes, process policy changes, and assist with policy renewals.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products to clients.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.

Collaborate with team members and insurance carriers to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

Active Allstate License: Must hold an active Allstate Insurance License.

Prior Sales Experience: Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Customer-Focused Mindset: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
