Position overview:

As Lear Cybersecurity and Functional Safety Auditor in Rabat (Morocco), your mission will be to define and analyze Lear Cybersecurity and FuSa (Functional Safety) processes according to ISO 21434 and ISO 26262:2018 as well as the integration with the rest of global processes including engineering.

This role will deploy also the Cybersecurity and FuSa Audit system, leading Cybersecurity and FuSa audits in cybersecurity and safety relevant projects

Key Responsibilities:

The job comes with the following responsibilities and expectations:

Lead Cybersecurity and FuSa Process deployment in projects, including agile migration

Cybersecurity and FuSa Process Audit system deployment

Define Cybersecurity and FuSa Process KPIs system

Lead Continuous Improvement Process Safety Management implementation

Drive the development of a proactive Process Cybersecurity and Safety Culture.

Actively engage with engineering department and manufacturing plants to ensure lessons learnt implementation and read across.

Support problem solving strategies for significant Process Cybersecurity and Safety issues (8D, 5 Why’s)

Key skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge about ASPICE, ISO 21434 and ISO26262:2018.

Experience conducting audits and assessments is desirable

At least 5 years proven experience in functional safety or cybersecurity related activities.

English language skills are a must, German desirable.

High communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge about Statistical Process Control, as well as tools like Stages of JIRA is desirable

Knowledge about PPAPs, APQP, VDA, IATF, 8D and 5 Why’s

Quality and Agile (SAFe) background desirable

Engineering degree

English proficiency
