Base Salary + Bonus Incentive Competitive

Position Overview:

As the Director of Repairs & MRO, you will be responsible for developing and leading module and engine overhaul business. Additionally, you will identify and develop source for critical parts repair in support of Hanwha Aerospace’s materials and leasing business to drive maintenance cost reduction.

Looking strategically into the future of the Organization, you will be charged with identifying and developing identifying and developing acquisition candidates to vertically integrate DER repair business (inorganic growth).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the strategic vision for the Repairs & MRO segment within Hanwha's Leasing & MRO Business

• Identify and establish sources for critical parts repair to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency

• Evaluate and develop potential acquisition candidates to support the vertical integration of the DER Repair Business

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and cost-effective maintenance practices

• Manage partnerships, negotiate agreements, and ensure effective resource planning.

• Foster a results-driven culture within the Repairs & MRO department through effective incentives and communication

• Prioritize and execute large-scale programs aimed at improving MRO shop performance, program reliability, and reducing maintenance cost per hour

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the repair and MRO processes

• Lead the development of a multi-function team with standardized processes and key performance measurements

• Drive business growth through leveraging existing customer relationships, collaborating with the business development team to identify opportunities for expansion

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely order execution, pricing accuracy, and on-time delivery

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of successful experience in aerospace aftermarket, MRO, distribution, operations, or business management

• Familiarity with global compliance standards, including ITAR, FCPA, DOS requirements, AS9110, EASA, and FAA Part 145

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a performance-based culture focused on enhancing the customer value proposition

• Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and managing complex supply chain relationships

• Lean Six-Sigma Blackbelt certification is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Hands-on and approachable leadership style.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Master's Degree in Business Management preferred.
