WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our Lead Comfort Advisor - Sales Rep, you start your day with a clear goal - to educate homeowners on our HVAC solutions and deliver tailored recommendations. Your responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, presenting our services, and designing customized plans to enhance comfort and efficiency. You lead by example, achieving a closing ratio of over 60% with an average ticket of $6,000, ensuring departmental success. Additionally, you collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution and maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach includes generating sales calls and attending networking events to keep the schedule full. Every day, you make a difference in creating comfortable homes and exceeding customer expectations!
